Position Overview

We are hiring forex traders to join our proprietary trading firm. You will trade currency markets using firm-allocated capital, keeping a significant share of your profits while accessing institutional-level tools, mentorship, and a supportive trading community in a fully remote setup.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Execute currency trades across major, minor, and emerging market pairs using firm capital
• Analyze macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events affecting currencies
• Apply technical analysis including chart patterns, support/resistance, and momentum indicators
• Manage position sizing, leverage, and risk controls appropriate to forex markets
• Monitor global trading sessions and economic calendars to time entries and exits
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in active options or forex trading
• Genuine understanding of financial markets and trading mechanics
• Ability to manage risk, follow rules, and maintain composure under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous improvement
• Dependable computer hardware and a stable internet connection
• Experience with charting or analytical software is a plus

Position Details

• Independent contractor role (1099) with performance-based incentives
• Profit-sharing structure with splits increasing from 60% up to 90%
• Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
• Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule
• Capital increases available as frequently as every two months based on results
