Position Overview

We are hiring capital-backed traders to trade equities and options using firm capital. This is a performance-based opportunity with a clear path to scaling your capital allocation, giving you the resources to trade professionally without putting your own capital at risk.

Location: Tucson, AZ (Remote)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies
• Solid understanding of derivatives markets and trading fundamentals
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Stable computer setup and reliable high-speed internet connection
• Familiarity with trading platforms is a bonus

Position Details

• Independent contractor (1099) position with performance-driven compensation
• Earn 65–90% of profits generated — splits increase as you advance within the firm
• Initial capital allocation of up to $50,000, with a clear path to $500,000+
• Complete location flexibility — this is a fully remote position
