Position Overview
We are hiring capital-backed currency traders to trade forex and crypto markets using firm capital. This is a performance-based opportunity with a clear path to scaling your capital allocation, giving you the resources to trade professionally without putting your own capital at risk.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments
Key Responsibilities
- Trade major and cross currency pairs across the London, New York, and Asian sessions
- Build a macro-aware market view using rate differentials, growth data, and risk sentiment
- Use technical levels and price-action confirmation to time precise entries and exits
- Maintain strict position sizing and leverage discipline appropriate to FX volatility
- Track and review every trade with attention to expectancy, win rate, and slippage
- Engage with peer traders to stress-test theses and refine market views
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of options, equity, forex, or crypto trading experience
- Understanding of leverage, margin, and risk control across asset classes
- Demonstrated ability to follow a trading plan and avoid emotional decisions
- Strong desire to develop into a consistent, capital-efficient trader
- Stable trading environment — hardware, internet, and quiet workspace
- Experience with broker APIs, scripting, or quant tools is helpful but optional
Position Details
- Independent contractor (1099) role with results-only compensation
- Profit splits range from 60% to 90% based on your performance tier
- Begin with up to $50,000 in firm capital, with structured scaling to $500,000+
